Founded in Bloomsburg in 1885 by the Lutz family, the Agency was one of the first to offer real estate and insurance to the Columbia County area.   Lutz Agency Real Estate and Insurance has been proud to serve the area continually since 1885.

 

In 1975, Michael E. Hamilton joined the Agency as a real estate and insurance salesman.  After working closely with Mr. Martin Lutz for several years, Michael purchased the Agency from the Lutz family in 1984.

 

Under Michael Hamilton's guidance the Lutz Agency has continued to grow and serve the Columbia County area as one of the top Independent Real Estate and Insurance Agencies.  In 1988, an office was opened in Benton offering the same services as our main office in Bloomsburg.
